QuickBooks Cleanup services focus on reviewing and correcting your existing books to ensure accuracy and consistency. This includes reconciling bank and credit card accounts, fixing misclassified or duplicated transactions, resolving payroll-related posting issues, and confirming prior reconciliations remain intact. The goal is to deliver clean, reliable financials that are ready for tax preparation, lender review, or ongoing bookkeeping without creating new issues in prior periods.
Initial Review & Scope Confirmation
You’ll share a brief overview of the issue (time period, accounts involved, payroll system, and any deadlines). This allows the cleanup scope and estimated time to be confirmed. A deposit of $150 (total of 2 hours at $75/hr) is required to get started. This will cover the initial review, onboarding, and setup time.
